What size is a DV lottery photo?

Is the DV lottery photo different from a US visa photo?
Yes. A visa photo may be anywhere from 600 × 600 to 1,200 × 1,200 pixels; the DV entry photo must be exactly 600 × 600.
Can I reuse last year's DV lottery photo?
